Processing & Ship Schedule

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders ship every Wednesday.

Orders placed by Sunday at 11:59pm EST will ship the upcoming Wednesday.

Each order is packed with care and sent in weekly batches.

You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship within the estimated timeframe listed on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship together unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Delivery Timing

Delivery times vary based on carrier and location.

Once your package leaves our hands, transit time is determined by the shipping carrier.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to activate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

HeyOlé is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
